Pretty small, simple suggestion. When selecting characters we get the options to sort them: None, Alphabetize, PvP/RP. The problem is that I have to choose my sorting option everytime I go to the character selection screen. I think it would be more convenient if the option selected stayed permanent unless the player chooses another option.

I totally agree. This is one of those obvious features that should have been there in the first place when they decided to add the sorter. Its not even a feature really, just common sense.

I always have this bad feeling that I'll delete my PvE chars instead of PvP because they are in the wrong slots

Yeah, the current character sorting is crap. You can't even manually put them in order.

I have always found it pointless the way it is. I log in, in the time it takes to change the sort option, I could have just found the character.

This is just comon sense when it comes to a sorter.

This was supposed to be the original suggestion that Anet was supposed to consider, instead of what we have now... they tend to go on a tangent on many things.

It doesn't take a genius to self sort 6 character slots by PvE/PvP or alphabetically

It was quite funny how they didnt make it permanent. It defeats the purpose of sorting our chars if it a) doesn't last and b) you'll only be on that screen for a few seconds.

Yea, I like that idea, also, they could add a "drag sorting" kind of thing, just click, hold, and move to sort them, just like in your inventory.

got 3 mules which are intertwined amon my chars, an no mater how i sort them they always mix with my pve chars...

it really dont make sence why the didnt do this in the first place
